Liver Flush Instructions

On the day of the flush, have breakfast and lunch as usual. Only have light meals. No oil products, no butter or dairy, nuts etc. cereal is ok, toast with honey or jam (no butter), fruit, vegetables, boiled rice with vegs etc.

2.00pm. – Stop eating and drinking anything.

6.00pm – Mix 1 tablespoon Epsom salts in ¾ cup water and drink. If water is cold will taste better otherwise will be a bit bitter.

8.00pm – Mix 1 tablespoon Epsom salts in ¾ cup water and drink. If water is cold will taste better otherwise will be a bit bitter.

9.45pm – Pour ½ cup olive oil (extra virgin is good) into a container. Squeeze 1 large pink grapefruit (about ¾ cup) and mix in with the oil. Shake until it becomes creamy. Prepare for bed. Clean kitchen in morning.

Go to toilet again if need to, because after you drink oil & grapefruit juice, you must get into bed and don’t move.

10.00pm – Stand next to bed. Drink oil & juice standing up and then straightaway lie in bed on your back and don’t move for 30mins. Keep head elevated with extra pillow. Focus on the liver and imagine the stones being squirted out, meditate on this or whatever you like. Slowly drift off to sleep. Sleep on your back for as long as you can. If need to sleep on side, sleep on left side.

Sweet dreams!

6.30-7.00 – Next morning drink ¾ cup water with Epsom salts. Bowel movements galore. I suggest you do it in a bucket half filled with water. If there are any feces they will sink to the bottom and the stones float on top of water.

8.30-9.00 – Last drink of Epsom salts (2 hours after last drink).

10.30-11.00 – Drink some water and fruit juice, after 30 mins have some fruit. After about 1 hour have light snack i.e. cooked vegs or rice etc. by that evening can start to eat normally.

Stay home as you will probably feel lethargic and will want to rest and sleep as the liver is doing its thing. The next day will feel better and the day after energy levels will be much higher than before.
